Dies muss jedoch im Einzelfall abgekl\u00e4rt werden. Allenfalls kann die Windkraft den Energiemix erg\u00e4nzen, vor allem vor dem Hintergrund, dass Wasserkraftwerke und Solaranlagen\u00a0im Sommer mehr Strom produzieren, w\u00e4hrend Windenergieanlagen in der Schweiz aufgrund der st\u00e4rkeren Winde den gr\u00f6ssten Teil ihrer in den Wintermonaten erzeugen k\u00f6nnten. Unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Planungskriterien, die haupts\u00e4chlich im Bundesrecht festgelegt sind, wurden im Kapitel \u00abWindenergie\u00bb des kantonalen Richtplans sieben geeignete Standorte f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Windparks festgelegt Bei dieser Liste handelt es sich um ein reines Fachinventar, die Projekte werden also nicht zwingend realisiert. Die Umsetzung eines Projekts h\u00e4ngt vor allem vom Willen der betroffenen Gemeinden und ihrer Bev\u00f6lkerung sowie von den Projekttr\u00e4gern ab.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Bei der Auswahl wurden viele Kriterien ber\u00fccksichtigt, darunter die Pr\u00e4senz von Brutv\u00f6geln, der Abstand zu Wohnh\u00e4usern, die Erhaltung der Landschaft und nat\u00fcrlich das Windaufkommen und die Windst\u00e4rke.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Bevor ein Projekt in Angriff genommen werden kann, m\u00fcssen die Projekttr\u00e4ger durch Studien nachweisen, dass sie alle Vorschriften einhalten, zum Beispiel in Bezug auf Landschafts-, Natur- und Umweltschutz, L\u00e4rmschutz und Gew\u00e4sserschutz. Ein Windparkprojekt muss daher erfolgreich eine detaillierte Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeitspr\u00fcfung durchlaufen haben.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Letztlich liegt die Entscheidung bei den betroffenen Gemeinden und ihrer Bev\u00f6lkerung.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   avia-builder-el-22  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_hr  \" style='margin-top:0px;
