Diese beiden einheimischen Energiequellen nehmen daher einen wichtigen Platz in der Energiestrategie des Kantons ein.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Beim Holz liegt die Priorit\u00e4t auf der Kaskadennutzung, das heisst, das Holz wird zun\u00e4chst als Werkstoff verwendet, z.B. f\u00fcr den Bau, und dann erst als Energiequelle. Die Nutzung dieser Energie, zum Beispiel durch ein Fernw\u00e4rmenetz, erfolgt in der N\u00e4he des Forstbetriebs, um die mit dem Transport verbundenen Nachteile in Grenzen zu halten.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Die Verwertung der Biomasse aus der Landwirtschaft oder der Industrie muss \u00fcberall dort gef\u00f6rdert werden, wo sie die Produktions- und Naturkreisl\u00e4ufe respektiert. Wie beim Holz kommt auch bei der Biomasse die Kaskadennutzung zur Anwendung Zun\u00e4chst wird Biogas gewonnen, anschliessend wird die Abw\u00e4rme f\u00fcr Fernw\u00e4rme genutzt. Das bedeutet, dass der Standort der Anlage besonders sorgf\u00e4ltig gew\u00e4hlt werden muss: nahe an der Energiequelle, aber auch nahe an den Endverbrauchern.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   avia-builder-el-17  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_hr  \" style='border-radius:0px;
